Fees

This page details our fees for most of our advice and services that we are regulated to provide to our clients.

We charge on a fixed fee basis. However should you wish to withdraw instructions party way through your case we reserve the right to charge for work undertaken and this is calculated on our hourly rate of £275 per hour.

Please note that our firm is not VAT registered. Therefore VAT @ 20% will not be added to the fees outlined below.

Discounts may be available depending on circumstances and at our discretion.

Consultation / Application Checking:

£360 / £720 – Initial Advice (non-deductable fees).

General application within the rules:

£1860 – Fixed fee includes: All attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties; Consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents.

Complicated applications within our outside of the rules:

£2500 – Fixed fee includes: All attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties; Consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents.

Lodging of Appeal and Associated Work and Long Residence Applications (excluding directions hearings and post submission matters):

£2350 – Fixed fee includes: All attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties; Consideration, preparation and submission of the Notice of Appeal and relevant supporting documents; Informing client of the key dates and referral to a Level 3 advisor/solicitor and postage.

Case Advice:

£560 – Case advice on application (NB: upon being instructed case advice fees are not deducted from fixed fees).

Specialist Advice:

£800 – Specialist advice on application outside of the rules (NB: upon being instructed consultation fees are not deducted from fixed fees).

Police station / Prison immigration advice and Home Office representations on Asylum & Protection and Human Rights matters:

£275 per hour plus travel costs and expenses – Legal advice on all criminal and non-criminal matters to individuals who are arrested and detained at police stations and detention centres in England and Wales. Including legal presentations at asylum interviews and prison immigration service.
